Day 1.: bicycle free
Estonia: the medieval Tallinn

Individual arrival to Tallinn. Your guide will meet you in your hotel in Tallinn at 6 p.m. (local time).Right after that we will have Estonian dinner in a restaurant in the Old Town and then, in the evening, a guided tour of the Old Town. Accommodation in a hotel in Tallinn.

Day 2.: ca. 50 km by bike, ca. 180 km by bus
Estonia: Saaremaa Island

Bus transfer to the Saarema Island. Estonia’s largest island is addictive: the best way to spend a summer vacation is in a nature quite different from the Estonian mainland. Thanks to the mild climate and the calcareous soil, the island of Saaremaa has a rich flora and fauna. Kuressaare, a spa town with the longest tradition in Estonia. Upon arrival, it’s good to stroll around the cute old town of Kuressaare and enjoy the architecture, cafes and galleries. Accommodation and dinner in Kuressaare.

Day 3.: ca. 50 km by bike, ca. 30 km by bus
Estonia: Saaremaa Island

After a short transfer, cycle tour around the south of the island. Magnificent views and many bathing opportunities. In the evening return by bike to Kuressaare.

Day 4.: ca. 40 km by bike, ca. 150 km by bus
Estonia – Pärnu

After breakfast transfer to the northern part of the island. We start the bike tour from the sea viewpoint of Ninanse Pank, on the way we reach the scenic Panga cliff. Today’s cycle route ends at the beach. After a short swim, bus transfer to Pärnu. This medieval city has a serene and romantic elegance. It is Estonia’s premier holiday destination and also has a range of spas, ranging from large swimming pools to cozy and historic bathhouses. Accommodation and dinner in Pärnu.

Day 5.: ca. 40 km by bike, ca. 200 km by bus
Estonia: Pärnu – Latvia: Castle Of The Livonian Order In Sigulda – Riga

After breakfast we leave Estonia and drive to Latvia. After about 2 hours drive we reach Cesis, where the castle park with castle hill and ruins is located (optional visit). Then take a bike and ride along the Gauja River towards Sigulda and Turaida. After reaching Sigulda, a guided tour of Turaida Castle awaits you. Afterwards you will be transferred by bus (approx. 1 hour) to Riga (Latvia). Overnight and dinner in Riga.

Day 6.: bicycle free

Latvia: Riga – City of Culture

Riga is an exciting European metropolis and this day we will take our time to explore its architectural gems including some fantastic facades of Art Nouveau. In the morning we will have a walking guided tour (ca. 3 hours) and then lunch in a restaurant in the Old Town (as part of our HB). Afterwards free time to explore the city on your own. Accommodation as on day 4.

Day 7.: ca. 43 km by bike, ca. 220 km by bus
Latvia: Jurmala – Seaside resort

After a short bus transfer out of Riga we will start our tour following a nice cycle path to Jurmala. By bike we will explore its white, sandy beaches and its unique architectural blend from wooden 19th century villas to contemporary masterpieces. And we will take our time to have a swim in the sea. Bus transfer to Liepaja (we will reach our hotel late in the afternoon). We will enjoy dinner in a restaurant in the Old Town. Accommodation in Liepaja.

Day 8.: ca. 45 km by bike, ca. 65 km by bus
Latvia – Lithuania: Klaipeda/Memel

After breakfast we will be transferred directly to Lithuania. This day’s tour leads along the Baltic Coast, on a beautiful cycle route from Sventoji to Klaipeda. On the way we will stop in Palanga, a popular seaside town where we can enjoy the atmosphere in one of the numerous cafés (also worth visiting is the botanical garden and the amber museum). In the late afternoon a guided tour in Klaipeda and dinner in a restaurant in the Old Town. Accommodation in Klaipeda.

Day 9.: ca. 60 km by bike, ca. 50 km by bus
Lithuania: Curonian Spit – a day to our senses

After breakfast we cross the Curonian Lagoon by ferry in a few minutes and reach the 98 km long and narrow tongue of land, the Curonian Spit. Because of the highest dunes (up to 60 m), it is also called the “Lithuanian Sahara”. On the way in the settlement of Juodkrantė we make a stop and admire the bizarre carvings of the Lithuanian world of legends on the so-called Witch Hill. Break for lunch and we continue cycling along the Baltic Sea Coast to Nida, a former artist colony. A boat trip (about 2 hours) to the Lithuanian mainland will end a wonderful day. The Curonian Lagoon is almost 20 km wide at this point, so the opposite shore is difficult to see with the naked eye. On the river Minija we reach the mainland again. Dinner and overnight in Klaipeda or Minija.

Day 10.: ca. 50 km by bike, ca. 210 km by bus
Lithuania: the Curonian Lagoon

After breakfast take a bike ride towards Vente, where you will discover the bird sanctuary and the 19th-century lighthouse. We reach our hotel in the former capital of Lithuania, Kaunas, by bus late in the afternoon. After dinner at the hotel, we will explore the most beautiful corners of the impressive city of Kaunas. Overnight in Kaunas.

Day 11: ca. 30 km by bike, ca. 100 km by bus
Lithuania: Trakai Castle and the Capital Vilnius

After breakfast we will be transferred by bus to the Lithuanian lake district. We will cycle through its picturesque undulating terrain and reach Trakai – the famous gothic castle, situated on the island on the Galve lake. After a short guided tour of the castle bus transfer to Vilnius (30 km) and a guided walking tour through the beautiful Old Town of the Lithuanian capital (ca. 2 hours). In the evening a festive dinner (including Lithuanian specialities) in a restaurant in the Old Town. Accommodation in a hotel in Vilnius.

Day 12.
Lithuania: End of the tour
Individual departure after breakfast. It is possible to extend your stay in Vilnius.

Condition of roads:
Slightly elevated, asphalt roads, on one occasion – gravel road.

Since Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania lay in the Schengen zone, EU citizens may enter it’s boarders with valid ID. Non-EU citizens are submitted to the same rules of entry as when entering any other EU country.
